At The Databyte Solution, we value transparency, professionalism, and timely service. To ensure smooth collaboration with our clients for our services, we request all clients to kindly follow the below rules and guidelines:

1. Working Hours

  • Our official working hours are 8 hours per day, from 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM (IST).
  • Any work received outside working hours will be processed on the next working day.

2. Weekly Holidays

  • The company remains closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Work received during weekends will be taken up on the following Monday.

3. Work Allotment

  • Work allotment timing is strictly between 11:00 AM and 04:30 PM (IST).
  • Any work sent after 04:30 PM will not be accepted for the same day and will be scheduled for the next working day.

4. Communication Protocol

  • All official communication must be done only through company email (info@thedatabytesolution.com).
  • Work-related discussions on personal messaging apps (WhatsApp, SMS, etc.) will not be considered official or binding.

5. Turnaround Time

  • Project timelines and delivery schedules will be mutually agreed upon before the commencement of work.
  • Urgent requests will be considered based on workload capacity but may attract additional charges.

6. Data Confidentiality

  • All client data will be handled with strict confidentiality.
  • Clients are requested to provide data in a secured format (encrypted files, password-protected documents, etc.) wherever possible.

7. Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made as per the agreed payment schedule and invoice terms.
  • Delayed payments may result in a pause of ongoing work or withholding of deliverables until settlement.

8. File Formats & Instructions

  • Clients must provide clear instructions and specify the required output format (Excel, Word, CSV, etc.) before work begins.
  • Any major changes to instructions after work has started may affect delivery time and cost.

9. Quality & Revisions

  • Work will be delivered with a high accuracy rate as per project requirements.
  • Any corrections due to genuine errors from our side will be revised free of cost.
  • Revisions due to changes in client instructions after delivery will be considered new work.

10. Professional Conduct

  • Both parties are expected to maintain professional and respectful communication at all times.
  • The Databyte Solution reserves the right to discontinue services in case of unethical or unprofessional client behavior.
