1. Working Hours
Our official working hours are 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM (IST).
Work received outside working hours will be processed the next working day.
2. Weekly Holidays
We remain closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
Weekend work will be handled on the next working day.
3. Work Allotment
Work allotment timing: 11:00 AM to 04:30 PM (IST).
Requests after 04:30 PM will be scheduled for the next working day.
4. Communication Protocol
All communication must be done via email: info@thedatabytesolution.com
WhatsApp or SMS will not be considered official communication.
5. Turnaround Time
Project timelines will be agreed before starting work.
Urgent requests may attract additional charges.
6. Data Confidentiality
All client data is handled securely and confidentially.
Use password-protected or encrypted files when possible.
7. Payment Terms
Payments must follow agreed invoice terms.
Delayed payments may pause ongoing work.
8. File Formats & Instructions
Provide clear instructions and required file formats before starting work.
Major changes may affect cost and timeline.
9. Quality & Revisions
We deliver high-quality work as per requirements.
Errors from our side will be fixed free of cost.
New changes after delivery will be treated as new work.
10. Professional Conduct
Professional communication is expected from both sides.
We reserve the right to discontinue services in case of misconduct.
